About the Event
We are a California Dental Board-approved course for the Orthodontic Assistant (OA144)
The didactic course content is sent at least two weeks before the preclinical course date starts. The course content is a valuable resource that will help you prepare for the course and the State Board OAP Exam. This will give you the maximum time to study and complete all course content within 24 hours while balancing a work-life schedule.
The preclinical schedule is Friday 5 pm-9 pm, Saturday 9 am-7 pm, Sunday 9 am-7 pm, and Monday 5 pm-9 pm. This schedule is compact to get you back into your orthodontic office on Monday morning to start completing your clinical portion of the OA course.
Once all skills and paperwork are returned and finalized, you will receive your certificate from California Dental Educators, and your application page for question #12 signed off by the program director. With these, you can apply for your State Board OAP License.
